Heather was an incredible amount of support to not only my first child but my second baby as well. With each pregnancy i felt like being at the doctors, and being rotated through the practice just wasn’t enough information. I never gained a rapport with a single doctor to ask what was normal vs abnormal and feel reassurance. Having heather be able to answer questions and give feedback after my visits helped me ease some stress. My second pregnancy brought on a lot of Braxton hicks contractions for about 2 months long. She was there as my support system though FaceTime and visiting me at home guiding me on positioning and helpful tips to manage the pain. I was lucky to have her by my side with each labor as well. My most recent labor was in September. She was there helping to reposition me, hold my hand during the epidural, giving me guidance on breath work, and helping to explain what i was seeing on the monitor and what the next steps were to get the baby out safely. I was able to get out of my head and trust she knew the process. She is calm, knowledgeable, caring and amazing to have during pregnancy, labor and post partum. I could never imagine birthing another child without her there throughout the journey. Best nurse ever!
